How it works
Booking
Submit your event details via email. If available, Purnima will set up a meeting to discuss your painting vision. A 50% non-refundable Retainer Deposit is required to lock in your booking. Currently I will only be doing Live Weddings locally in Rochester, New York.
month of
I will reach out to confirm final painting details and the remaining 75% Installment will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
day of
I will arrive a few hours early to set up and start painting the background. She will take photos of whichever moment you'd like captured to use as a reference while painting throughout your event for guests to enjoy. By the end of your event, the painting will be complete or near complete.
If additional studio work is needed, I will schedule a pick up or delivery of the completed painting up to 4 weeks after.
